“ I’m not one to take the time to write a review and I’m not a particularly big pizza guy, but tried Mimi’s tonight for the first time and it’s some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Tried famous pizza in big cities and this place holds the candles to any of them. How often have you ever had a crisp chunk of bacon when you ordered a pizza? This place delivers. Employees were polite and fast and the shop was clean and well run. Pizza done 20 min from ordering. Will definitely be back ”

“ We have tried many pizza joints in this area looking for one that makes a true New York style pizza. Many say they do, but you try it and it's not close. NY style has a faulirly thin crust, a good amount of sauce which, if done to the max, has had fresh oregano and fresh bay leaves chopped up and added to the sauce, mixed and cooked in. The cheese has to be of high quality, which is Grande cheese, there is nothing better, and lots of it, all of which needs to be spread very close the the edge of the pizza so there is little crust. I'm not sure if they are using Grande cheese here but they put lots of cheese on it literally right to the edge so there was basically no crust. I did not see any green leaves in the sauce so I doubt they add fresh spices but it still had good flavor, & if they did use Grande cheese AND added fresh spices I am very sure there prices would be greatly higher. I was shocked at the price of their X-large 18" NY style peperoni pizza. Not sure if the sauce and cheese being right up to the edge is normal as this was our first purchase, but man we are very impressed with their peperoni pizza. We look forward to trying their calzones and other dishes. It lacks a sit down area, but it does have a drive through, so it's a true fast food pizza joints like pizza hut in Liberty, but Mimi's pizza is SO much better than pizza hut ever thought of being. Kudos Mimi's pizza, keep up the great work!!! Yes, I know exactly what NY style pizza is, being born in NY and living their unfortunately for 60 years, so yea, I know NY style pizza, and this place has it!!! ”
